MULTI GENRE SHOW HIGHLIGHTS SEPTEMBER FOM SERIES

Columbia, S.C. – What a group of characters we are bringing together for the September FOM Series: Enchanted Main. This month’s display includes the wire work and jewelry of Bohumila Augustinova and Caroline Hatchell. The photography of Linda Toro Dodge and Mark Green intertwined with the poetry of Kristine Hartvigsen and Chandra will tell the story of these uniquely extraordinary pieces of handmade art. The VerseWorks crew is back in action with a new lineup that is sure to please. Vista Studios will be here showing off their smooth and silky moves. And last but not least, Gervais and Vine will provide a wonderful assortment of wines for tasting.
The Columbia Museum of Art’s Museum Shop will be open late and will feature the works of local pottery artist Paul Moore.
Gotham Bagel is hosting an exhibit of the photography and paintings of Howard Hunt. Also scat artist Bob Williams will be there entertaining you with his talents.
Anastasia & Friends will be hosting an exhibit that includes a combination of paintings, sculpture, graphic design and mixed media created by Michael Bolin, Kdawn Branham, the Half and Half and Anastasia Chernoff. Also, The Dubber has decided to grace our ears with his soulful sounds in the gallery this month, as artists paint live to his music.
S&S Art Supply will be presenting Charleston artist Bruce Faw. Bruce brings a contemporary feel to a classic medium. Using oil stick and palette knives on panel Bruce shows us everyday settings, architecture, landscapes, and still life, through the eyes of an artist. Music by Redd Wyne, live painting by Jeanee Bourque and food by Cabo Fresh Taco as well.
And last but not least, Villa Tronco will continue with its popular Opera Night this week.
